Is your watch running poorly, losing or gaining time, stopping unexpectedly, or simply in need of maintenance? Boise Watch Co. provides watch servicing and repair for a wide variety of vintage and modern watches.

Services may include:

• Mechanical and automatic watch diagnosis and servicing
• Quartz watch diagnosis and repair
• Movement cleaning and lubrication
• Timing and regulation
• Crystal replacement
• Crown and stem repair or replacement
• Gasket replacement
• Bracelet and strap replacement

• General troubleshooting and repair

Every watch is different. We evaluate the watch and determine the appropriate work before proceeding with repairs. Parts availability, watch condition, movement type, and the extent of required work can affect the final cost and turnaround time.

Vintage watches receive special consideration for originality. Whenever practical, preservation of original components is preferred over unnecessary cosmetic replacement.

Pricing

Service and repair pricing varies by watch and work required. Contact Boise Watch Co. for an estimate.

Important service disclaimer

Service or repair does not automatically restore a watch’s original water-resistance rating. Water resistance should not be assumed or guaranteed unless the watch has undergone appropriate pressure testing.

Vintage and pre-owned watches may have previous repairs, replacement components, wear, corrosion, or other conditions that cannot always be identified before disassembly. Additional work or parts may be recommended if previously unknown issues are discovered.
