Vintage Seiko 7N36-7A08 Quartz Pepsi Scuba Diver 200m Day Date Watch

Description

Vintage Seiko Quartz Scuba Diver 200m, reference 7N36-7A08, with the classic red-and-blue “Pepsi” rotating dive bezel.

This is a genuine vintage Seiko tool-watch design with a stainless-steel case, dark dial, large luminous hour markers and hands, day/date display at 3 o’clock, screw-down crown at approximately 4 o’clock, and Seiko 7N36 quartz movement.

The watch is currently fitted with a black rubber dive-style strap.

Condition

 This is a well-used vintage diver with substantial cosmetic wear consistent with actual use. Most notably, the original-style Pepsi bezel insert has heavy fading, scratching and surface deterioration, giving it a pronounced worn/ghost-bezel appearance. The stainless-steel case and caseback also show scratches and wear.

I have intentionally not refinished the case or replaced the bezel insert. Please review the photographs carefully, as they are an important part of the condition description.
